Eva Peron was the wife of Argentine President Juan Peron and the First Lady of Argentina. Fondly known as “Evita”, she played a major role in her husband’s administration. “ Evita” the Musical follows Eva’s story, from humble beginnings through to extraordinary wealth, power and iconic status, which ultimately lead her to be heralded as the “The Spiritual Leader of the Nation”. She is widely remembered for her efforts to help the poor and for her role in assisting women to win the right to vote. The Musical tells the story through beautiful solos including “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina” and “Buenos Aires”, rousing Chorus numbers and exciting Choreography.
