A former barista and a constant baker Caroline Hennessy (Bibliocook) is award-winning Irish food writer and broadcaster. Co-founder of the very successful Irish Food Bloggers Association, Co-Arthur of Sláinte as well as Marketing guru  for Eight Degrees Brewing, she writes for, a variety of publications including Intermezzo, Food and Wine Magazine, The Irish Examiner, The Irish Times, Irish Country Living and contributor of delicious audio treats to RTÉ Lyric FM’s long-running Culture File programme, as well as being a McKenna’s’ Guides editor and member of the Irish Food Writers’ Guild.
