About Kerry Comic Con
Kerry Comic Con is coming to the INEC this April 1st and 2nd. Don’t just watch the action but become a part of it by meeting the actors behind some of the biggest adventure movies from Hollywood. Guests include John Rhys-Davies (Lord of The Rings, Indiana Jones, The Shannara Chronicles) and Capser Van Dien (Starship Troopers, Mortal Kombat Legacy, Tarzan).
Dress up as your favourite characters and learn from professional cosplayers such as Nicole Marie Jean. Immerse yourself in the world of your favourite stories by exploring meticulously recreated sets from the world of television and film.
With K-Con’s official educational partner Pulse College, attendees can learn from practicing industry professionals from the world of animation and game design through interactive workshops and tutorials held throughout the course of the weekend.
Avid collectors can shop to their hearts’ content with a wide selection of stalls selling everything from comics and collectibles to custom pieces and commissioned art work. K-Con will also bring you to the source of comic book creation with a vibrant artist’s alley, featuring the very best of comic creators in Ireland today with special guests Rapha Lobosco and Chris O’Halloran who are currently collaborating as artist and colourist for the new James Bond comic series from Dynamite Comics.
The fun also continues outdoors with awesome re-enactments from Medieval Combat.
After an exciting day, unwind in the evening with table top gaming and share the fun with all of your loved ones at this family friendly event.

We are committed to improving access for visitors to the INEC. Not only do we incorporate all legislative requirements for accessibility, we also have taken additional steps to convert a number of bedrooms on the ground floor of the on-site Gleneagle Hotel to ensure that they are fully wheelchair accessible.
We are now listed on the Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) website and have welcomed groups from both Caring for Carers Ireland and the IWA. The INEC & Killarney Convention Centre has also hosted the Caring for Carers Ireland conference on a number of occasions.
