Cider And Cheese: Made For Each Other!
Open yourself to a whole new world with a Cheese and Cider pairing session hosted by Jaq Stedman of Liquid Curiosity Sunday 4.30pm.
Get ready to embrace the next big thing in food and beverage tastings and find out what makes Cider such a good choice for serving alongside your next cheese plate.
Cider can be used to heighten characteristics that it shares with certain cheeses, or the pairing can serve to highlight the subtle contrasts between the two.
Jaq Stedman of Liquid Curiosity will Showcase the 2017 Beoir Champion Ciders of Ireland and reveal their affinity with artisan Irish cheese.
Beoir went to great lengths to gather the most experienced local and international judges, in order to select the very best ciders in each category. Jaq, a master at food and beverage matching, has taken up the challenge to find the very best Irish artisan cheese to match these fine ciders. All for your enjoyment!
